How We Train Female Clients At Human Design

To get the best results from your fitness training you need to make your workouts as efficient and productive as possible.
After we have done a professional fitness assessment, we will design a specific program based on your current abilities.
We will train you with lots of different exercises that hit lots of different muscle groups to ensure you get a toned, fit, strong, feminine body.
Cardio is also a great way to train to lose weight initially but if you don’t do the weight training you will feel soft and saggy (as my clients have put it).
Your training program at Human Design will be smart and effective. We will not do long bouts of cardio.

In case you did not notice, you are different from men. You have different body structures therefore due to these differences, your program will differ slightly from the mens programs.
One huge advantage that you have over men is your recovery time. You fatigue less and recover faster than men do.
You can work this to your advantage because you can train muscles frequently during the week.
Tips For Getting In Great Shape For Women
1. Body weight training is great but it will only get you so far. We will work on slowly using machines and free weights to build up your coordination and strength. You will continue to lift heavier weights to improve your strength and increase your muscle tone. Loaded exercises give you an advantage as it adds tension to your muscles and builds sexy curves and muscle definition over time.
2. We will work on your glutes, core, arms and legs to define and shape the body. These are the most widely requested body parts to train for women.
3. We will work to your abilities. Everyone can do some form of the common gym exercises and do it safely. You do not have to be an elite athlete to shape your body.
4. You will not get the same results as everyone else. Everyone responds differently to weight training programs. What we would love is that you give it your all. Your response to the programs will be unique to you.
5. However, you will get leaner, stronger, more confident and burn fat.
6. You will not be extremely sore after every workout. A little bit of soreness is okay as this proves you have challenged yourself but if you have gone too hard and cannot workout the next day, then you have gone too far.
7. We will strive to help you beat your previous workouts records to ensure progress. All your weights are tracked and will help you stay motivated to keep improving.
8. We will teach you to lift with perfect form so that you do not injure yourself. This places too much stress on your joints and will hinder your progress. You will learn how to activate all the correct muscles in your body when you are performing each exercise.
9. Continually working with the same weights might help you become leaner but it will not make you stronger or add any shape to your body. We must challenge ourselves.
10. Weight training allows your body to become metabolically efficient, so the more lean muscle you have, the more fat you burn and the more your metabolism stays elevated. The harder and smarter you work the more fat you will burn.
11. Most of our clients sit at a desk all day so it is important to train the muscles that get weak (upper back, bum, core) and stretch the muscles that get tight (chest, neck, front of legs), to balance out your body.
