I wanted to do training that was guided by someone so I would be pushed to work hard, be social and fun and conveniently located to my work.

I love that Human Design has small and regular groups who can enjoy laughing through the pain, the training is ALWAYS different which pushes you harder and keeps it from being boring- which I've never experienced with other group training where the routine is always the same.

I seemed to be continually trying to drop that elusive 5kg that always seems to take up residency on my hips, stomach and thighs. Unfortunately in November last year, that 5kg had doubled to 10kg and I decided that I seriously address my diet and eating habits and thats when I went to see John.

I have lost 8.5kg so far and still have 1.5kg to go. I haven’t counted calories or followed a meal plan. I have just thought about the nutritional value of everything I eat. John has been super encouraging and supportive and has given me lots of advice about choosing the healthiest options. He really is a wealth of knowledge when it comes healthy eating and he is only too happy to assist you in achieving and maintaining a healthy and balanced diet and lifestyle.

Human Design boxing and bootcamp sessions were great fitness to compliment the netball and touch rugby I was playing but the main difference came from the weights programs John worked through with me to get shape and strength – 3 times a week.
Diet was also a massive change for me... In 3 months I lost 3 kilos but dropped 4 cm and 1.5 dress sizes. I am feeling stronger, leaner and happier.

And whilst I may be getting compliments from others, I now compliment myself more often which is more important. I used to think my body was at its best at 21 but looking back at photos I know that now, at 30, am the leanest I have ever been and motivated to tone even more!

John’s training is simple. He takes all the confusion and clutter out of it and gives you an easy to follow step by step plan to get leaner and fitter.
I lost over 5kg’s and I increased my overall fitness and strength.

​I enjoy the variety in the training and it is good to keep track of the measurements to see how you are going and to keep you motivated.
