Goal: Get Motivation To Get Fit!

I was really conscious and unhappy with how my body was looking and I was getting out of breath doing simple tasks such as tying my shoe laces (for reals peeps!) I was eating unhealthy lunches at work and then too many take away's at night plus drinking too much alcohol. I had tried going to the gym but this does not work for me.

Human Design is excellent as it gives me the motivation to get fit in a fun and awesome environment. The people who train with Human Design all have the same common goal and everyone trains hard but has fun with it.  In just over 3 months I've lost 5.6 kilos. I can fit into clothes that I haven't worn in years and I feel fantastic. I'm not embarrassed at the pool or beach any more. I would Absolutely recommend Human Design to anyone who wants to get fit but doesn't know where to start!

I have never been one to go the gym or train on my own - having trouble finding the time - and much prefer being involved in a sport, so felt that these group classes would challenge me much more and encourage me to attend.

Every class in the 21 Day Kickstart delivered a great variety of workouts and works different parts of the body, and gives you a complete workout over the course of the week. Each class is small enough to not be overcrowded, yet busy enough to keep you motivated and challenge yourself.
After the 3 weeks, I had already lost 4kgs, and started to feel much fitter.

Goal: Get In Shape For A Getaway!

I had a holiday to Hawaii planned for my 40th birthday and had been trying on my own to get in shape without a great deal of success. I knew I needed an extra push to keep me motivated and on track.

Having trained with John in his group classes in the past I knew his style of training and the location is non-threatening and welcoming so was happy to go back to the studio for 1:1 training.
