We are all in lockdown.
We have more time with our families, more time to read, more time to exercise, but we also have more time to eat.
As we are stuck at home and going through this lockdown, food will be on your mind more often than not and you may be struggling to keep your hand out of the biscuit jar.
Food is not always eaten because we are hungry. We eat because we are stressed, frustrated (home schooling anyone), or bored.
As a result of this, we can quickly fall into some really bad habits.

Human Design is now going all ONLINE and VIRTUAL.
I will provide more details over the weeks. Personal training sessions are being done via ZOOM so that people can train from the comfort of their own home and listen to my sweet dulcet tones through the computer. I will probably only do a few more ZOOM sessions as they are filling up at the minute.
Online coaching is happening through my own coaching APP and I have been flat out writing new home workouts for clients to keep them progressing towards their fitness goals.
