It seems like such a small thing but constant grazing can really add up the daily calories.
If you are also in a lockdown period during COVID-19 then you'll know that you have more time with your families, more time to read, more time to exercise, but you also have more time to eat.
Food is not always eaten because we are hungry. We eat because we are stressed, frustrated (home schooling anyone), or bored.
As a result of this, we can quickly fall into some really bad habits.
