When a simple task of walking started to hurt my feet and they would swell, I knew that I needed to get serious about losing weight.
Since starting my journey with Human Design I have lost over 40kg's, 100cm's in measurements and over 6 dress sizes and kept it off for over 2 years. At the age of 44 I've developed lean muscle, I'm fitter and stronger than I have ever been. I love the smaller classes at HD where you do get personal attention. Ensuring that the right techniques are used for each exercise is important for reducing the risk of injuries and knowing that I see Johns smiley face at each session puts me at ease. My life changed just by making the decision to do something for myself. The lifestyle of eating healthy and exercising is not a burden and I'm not giving up anything to do it. Full Body Kettlebell Workout For Any Fitness Level Most of you will try to get to the gym during busy times. Unfortunately, you could be waiting for someone to finish their selfie or their instagram viewing in order to use the machines and equipment. As a solution, here is a workout that requires just one piece of equipment. A Kettlebell. This workout trains most major muscle groups and can be performed with just a few feet of space. You must perform the exercises with perfect technique and keep control of the kettlebell at all times. Men can use 12-16 kg Kettlebell and women can use 8-12 kg Kettlebell. However, feel free to figure your own weight out depending on your fitness and technical levels. See the video below for demonstrations of all the exercises. Warm Up.

How To Progress This Workout. You can progress this workout by increasing the weight (very tough) after you have tried 3-4 workouts of this. This weeks workout is a quick and effective 20 minute home cardio workout that requires no equipment. If you are stuck for time or missed the gym, or maybe you are travelling for work and don't have access to a gym, this workout will test your fitness and burn quite a few pesky calories in the process. You can perform as many rounds as your fitness allows. I have programmed for 3-6 rounds with this option. Warm up with 30 seconds of each exercise for two rounds to raise your body temperature, get your joints lubricated and the body prepared for what is coming. Multimode training (either within your training session or throughout your week of training) has been shown to burn more calories per workout, even at the same intensity. Mixing interval modes provide variety and increased calorie burn for you. Try this workout. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the low number of sprints. Most people do HIIT training incorrectly and do not allow adequate recovery between sprints. You must be at an 8-10 out of 10 for effort while performing the sprints.
