Here is a great little full body strength workout that you can do at home or travelling for work. It uses some resistance bands and your bodyweight. I highly recommend buying some portable resistance bands for home workouts as you can vary your workouts and build up more strength. The workout only has 6 exercises and works out nearly all muscle groups to give you a well balanced home strength workout. Warm Up:
