Full Body Kettlebell Workout For Any Fitness Level Most of you will try to get to the gym during busy times. Unfortunately, you could be waiting for someone to finish their selfie or their instagram viewing in order to use the machines and equipment. As a solution, here is a workout that requires just one piece of equipment. A Kettlebell. This workout trains most major muscle groups and can be performed with just a few feet of space. You must perform the exercises with perfect technique and keep control of the kettlebell at all times. Men can use 12-16 kg Kettlebell and women can use 8-12 kg Kettlebell. However, feel free to figure your own weight out depending on your fitness and technical levels. See the video below for demonstrations of all the exercises. Warm Up.

How To Progress This Workout. You can progress this workout by increasing the weight (very tough) after you have tried 3-4 workouts of this. You can also set a timer and perform as many rounds as you can and either perform it faster or increase the time by 5 minutes every 2 weeks. Let me know how you get on with the workout.
