Here is a simple workout that requires just you and one Kettle Bell. If you cannot get a Kettle Bell, use a Dumbbell. Warm Up:

If you are a beginner to intermediate, take 90 Seconds rest between rounds. Do your push ups in bunches of 5-10. If you are more advanced you can use a heavier Kettle Bell and take less rest between rounds. Enjoy.
