This weeks workout is designed for beginner to intermediate trainees and is perfect for establishing some baseline fitness and strength as well as building a little bit of muscle and burning some fat.
It is a form of body composition training that helps the body lose fat and tone up.

How To Progress This Workout.
There are a few ways to increase your strength each week.
Simply add a little bit of weight each week (2-10% of the initial weight depending on the exercise)
Perform 2 extra reps over the 15 prescribed and then add more weight.
Perform 2 sets of each exercise on weeks 1 and 2 and then perform 3 sets of each exercise on weeks 3 and 4.
